I'm Kate Hansen, owner of Blue Sun Designs LLC, a Mankato, Minnesota native who believes the right words, in the right order, can change everything.
When I'm not obsessing over oxford commas or perfecting a layout, you'll find me outside with my husband, two kids, and two dogs, soaking up everything this region has to offer. I'm an outdoor enthusiast, a go-getter, and yes a self-proclaimed grammar nerd (my loved ones will confirm it). That passion for clear, well-crafted communication is exactly what led me to build a business around it.

The name 'Blue Sun' is drawn from the Grateful Dead song 'Scarlet Begonias' and some of the first artwork I ever created, pieces I'm still proud of today, and the ones that set me on a lifelong creative path.
